We have League Conference this coming Thursday 5/7/26 Meet starts at 4:30 PM all athletes need to show up by 3:45 pm ready to race. 

Our girls and boys teams both won our league this year.

CONGRATULATIONS!!! to them for our team for all of their hard work and success.

Over the last 8 years our CAHS’s track program has won pacific league 15 out of 16 competitions. Our girls have only lost league oce in 8 years and boys have won 8 out of 8 years. We as coaches love to see the dedication of our kids to improving their abilities in their events and talk pride in doing it.

This week’s schedule for all athletes and anyone else who wants to work out this week.

Monday OG @ 3;45PM-5:15PM or earlier

Tuesday OG @3:45PM-5:15PM or earlier

Wednesday OG @ 3:45PM-4:45PM pre meet

Thursday Meet at OG athletes 3:34PM done by 7:15PM ish

Friday no practice

Saturday Team party/banquet 2pm

All top athletes in Pacific league who win their events or hit the pass thru time to qualify will go to CIF

Parents please bring snacks and drinks for the kids at this meet.

***** Below are the entries for the coastal coast conference this Thursday for all the altenets that made it. Please all athletes look over all the entries. I will need an email if you can not make the meet or need changes to your events. Deadline is this Monday at 7PM

CIF rules for the meet

Remember that the field is for warm ups not setting up camps. Encourage your communities to stay in the stands. NO electronic devices on the field or events. Make sure all your athletes are wearing the assigned Track and Field uniform (no other sports attire) and 3/16^th needle spikes.   All relay teams must match – this means color of shorts, style of shorts, undergarments under singlet and shorts.  Teams that do not match will not be allowed to race.

You cannot see the house from the street. You must turn down Smith Drive, that is the driveway to the house. You can come down the driveway to drop off and pick up, (you will be able to turn around) but there is limited parking at the house. There is street parking on Emma Rd.
