Week 8 — Hold the Line: Renewal

HOLD THE LINE
A weekly reflection on character, growth, and the standards that guide our season.

This week is spring break, and there will be no formal team activities. While competition pauses, our standards and values remain.

Our focus this week is renewal.

Renewal is about rest with intention—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Holding the line during this break means taking care of our bodies, staying connected to healthy routines, and returning refreshed and ready for the second half of the season.

We encourage athletes to use this time wisely: recover, reset, and reconnect with what motivates them to compete. Renewal is not stepping away from commitment—it’s strengthening it.

Locker Room Mantra: “Rest with purpose.”
