Week 11 — Hold the Line: Accountability

HOLD THE LINE
A weekly reflection on character, growth, and the standards that guide our season.

As we move deeper into league play and positioning for playoffs becomes clearer, the margin for error narrows.

Our focus this week is accountability.

Accountability is the willingness to hold yourself—and each other—to the agreed-upon standard. Holding the line through accountability means communicating honestly, addressing issues early, and taking ownership of both effort and impact.

At this stage of the season, accountability shifts from being coach-driven to player-owned. Teams that grow together are teams that protect their culture from within, understanding that standards matter most when pressure increases.

Locker Room Mantra: “Own it. Together.”
