Celebrating growth across the whole roster

  • Addison Lackey (goalie) – Addison is firing on all cylinders and is peaking at the perfect time. Both her Save % and her Clears have been elite level – congrats and keep it up!!!

🔄 Game Day Scout Rotation

To maximize development, we will suit up our (16) 1st String and (2) Scout Team players for each game.

  • The Goal: To allow our Scout players to learn the pace of the game alongside our 1st String in a supportive environment.
  • This Week’s Rotation:

    • 4/13 @ LJCD – Abigail Patterson & Stella Godknecht
    • 4/16 @ Bishops – TBD
    • 4/17 @ Sage Creek – TBD

🥍 Technical Corner: Skill of the Week

  • Starters: Transitional Awareness & ‘Energy Management’ (show up to games focused and ready to play)
  • Scout Team: Focus on the 4 goals we discussed before break (wall-ball, cradling w/ switching hands, ground balls & sprints). First ‘test’ this week.

🎒 Reminders & Action Items

  • Attendance: Please see Attendance Policy published in Band – mandatory
  • Uniforms: All 18 players must wear Red Jerseys Monday, Thursday & Friday
  • Carpool: Please chime in on the Carpool chat in Band if you need a ride or can give a ride to the Thursday game at Del Lago

🛑 The “24-Hour Rule” Reminder

A reminder that our coaching staff observes a 24-hour quiet period following every contest. This allows everyone time to reflect on the game before engaging in developmental discussions.
