Girls Lacrosse News 3/2
📧 CAHS Girls Lacrosse Weekly Update: March 2nd, 2026
A Message from the Coaches: Bonita Vista was a great game that allowed the team to use a wide variety of the skills they’ve been working on. Communication on the field is improving, but needs to continue to be a focus. Scout team players had some good playing time, did well and clearly enjoyed themselves. 3 games in a row this week – stay hydrated, rested and let’s keep up the high intensity play!!

A reminder that our coaching staff observes a 24-hour quiet period following every contest. This allows everyone time to reflect on the game before engaging in developmental discussions.
