Fall 2025 Girls Tennis Info
Hello Incoming Freshman and/or Interested Girls Tennis Players:
I’m sorry to have missed the Caiman Fall Sports Night as I am on out of the country & will return June 1st.
We are excited for your interest trying out for tennis. To give you all a heads up – here are some pertinent info for your review :
- Mandatory 3 Day Tryouts are August 13/14/15 (Wed/Thurs/Friday) 3-5pm Woodland Park Tennis (San Marcos)
- Physicals must be completed & uploaded on “Home Campus” by August 1st
- Our Season begins & ends August 18 thru November 5th
- Currently there are 17 matches scheduled
- Matches usually are from 2:00-6pm (this includes travel time/warm up & match play)
- Practices are M-F 3:30-5pm (unless we have matches)
- It’s a demanding season so for those who have AP classes 4th period – will have to plan accordingly

I would highly recommend the girls start conditioning now – getting private or group lessons, joining tennis clinics over the summer to prepare for tryouts. It’s also a great idea to learn more about tennis etiquette /scoring via YouTube. Start immersing yourself 
with this wonderful sport!
