Week 7 – Responsibility

This week we revisit a familiar opponent—one we beat on the biggest stage not long ago. And you can bet they haven’t forgotten. This isn’t just another game on their schedule. It’s a chance to rewrite their history.

But for us, this week isn’t about revenge or rivalry—it’s about Responsibility.

Responsibility is showing up prepared, every day, every rep. It’s owning your role and your results. It’s understanding that the way you practice, the way you lead, the way you respond—all of it shapes the team we put on the field.

It’s helping teammates stay locked in during walkthroughs. It’s knowing your assignment inside and out. It’s correcting your mistakes without waiting for someone else to do it. It’s staying focused on the mission even when distractions try to pull you away.

Championships aren’t won in November—they’re earned in weeks like this. Weeks where the spotlight is dimmer but the standard can’t dip. Weeks where responsibility looks like doing the little things right when no one’s watching.

We respect what this week means for them. But we’re focused on what this week demands from us.

So let’s take care of our job. Let’s handle our details. Let’s sharpen each other and raise the standard.

And let’s show what responsibility looks like—start to finish.
