The Caimans saw several standout individual performances last week across both the Varsity and JV levels. Big hits, aggressive base running, and strong pitching highlighted an exciting week for Classical Academy baseball as the season continues to build momentum.


Varsity Game Recaps

Monteon, Hoff Lead Caimans Past Canyon Crest 12–3

Classical Academy earned an impressive 12–3 victory over Canyon Crest Academy on Thursday behind a balanced offensive attack and strong pitching.

Miguel Monteon helped spark the offense with two hits, including an RBI double, while Travis Perry and Luke Longo each added two hits as the Caimans finished the game with 10 total hits.

Hitting in the heart of the lineup, Trevor Hoff delivered a big performance, driving in three runs to lead the team.

On the mound, Quaid O’Carroll set the tone early, throwing four strong innings while allowing just three hits and two runs and striking out seven. Nick Holbrook provided 6 strikeouts in 2 innings of relief work to help close out the win.

The Caimans also created constant pressure on the bases, stealing 12 bases in the game. Travis Perry, Luke Longo, and Rocco Albao each recorded multiple steals.

Hoff Homers, Michals Collects Two Hits vs Westview

The Caimans dropped an 8–2 contest to Westview on Friday, but several players turned in strong performances.

Trevor Hoff provided the early spark, launching a solo home run to right field in the first inning to give Classical Academy an early lead.

Weston Michals paced the offense with a 2-for-3 performance, while Hoff and Travis Perry each recorded an RBI.

On the mound, Chaeton Revilla battled through five innings, allowing four hits while striking out two.

JV Game Recap

Kintzele’s 3-Hit Day Powers JV Caimans Past Westview

The JV Caimans rolled to a 9–1 victory over Westview behind a dominant performance at the plate and on the mound.

Brody Kintzele led the offensive charge, going 3-for-4 with a triple and two singles. Anders Aday also had a huge day, finishing 3-for-4 with two RBIs.

Owen Williams and Tommy Swenson added three hits each as the Caimans piled up 17 hits in the game.

The Caimans broke the game open with a five-run second inning, highlighted by RBIs from Kintzele, Aday, Ryan Torres, Williams, and Jax Strand.

On the mound, Dominic Fracassi delivered a dominant outing, throwing a complete game, allowing just one run over seven innings while striking out seven and walking none.

The JV team also stayed aggressive on the bases, collecting eight stolen bases while playing flawless defense with zero errors.
