Major bummer that races got cancelled, but great job to Evan, Mateo, Haven, Kyoto, & Lindsey(@ Central Park) that raced through sweltering conditions. Shout out to Haven for being top 20 in a very competitive race in terrible conditions and Lindsey who got a lifetime PR! Thank you parents & athletes for being prepared to run and showing up to support the team!

Because of this heat wave MONDAY REGULAR PRACTICE IS CANCELLED HOWEVER  I will be hosting an optional practice 7:15AM – 8:30 AM at Del Dios. Please get a long run either in the morning or evening if you are not attending the morning Del Dios run. Tuesday, I will be watching conditions and make a decision on what to do for practice.

Guajome is October 10th. Check out race times & heats below. By Saturday, heat wave should subside. Show up 1.5 hrs before your race time. We typically post by finish line & will try to grab the same place.
