Hello Caiman Football Families,
We are heading into our third week of summer, and our players have continued to make steady progress both on the field and in the weight room.
As we approach our final week before the upcoming break, our focus becomes even more important—we stack the days.
This Week’s Focus: Stack the Days
Growth in our program does not come from one great day—it comes from consistency over time.
Each practice, each lift, each rep builds on the one before it.
What we do repeatedly becomes who we are.
Why This Week Matters
This is our final week together before our mandatory two-week no-contact period.
The habits we build now will carry into that break—and determine how we return.
Our goal is simple:
- Stay consistent
- Stay focused
- Finish this stretch the right way
For Our Players
This is where ownership begins.
During the break, there will be no practices or team workouts. What you choose to do with that time matters.
Players who continue to grow will:
- Stay active
- Maintain their conditioning
- Retain what they have learned
No one is going to do the work for you. This is where you take ownership of your development.
On the Field and in the Weight Room
As we finish this week, our expectations remain the same:
- Continue learning
- Continue building habits
- Continue competing with effort
Nothing changes—only the responsibility begins to shift to the player.

Looking Ahead
When we return in July, we will not start over.
We will pick up where we left off.
Players who stay consistent during the break will be ready to continue building. Those who do not will need to catch up.
