JV and Novice teams head to Sage Creek High School for tournament play!

Dear Caiman Volleyball Families,

We have an updated schedule and format for this weekend’s tournament at Sage Creek High School. Thank you for your flexibility as the event has expanded to include additional teams.

📍 Tournament Details

Location: Sage Creek High School
Doors Open: 7:45 AM
First Matches: 8:30 AM

🏐 Tournament Format

  • 3 pools of 5 teams
  • Each team will play 4 pool matches + 1 final round match
  • Final round match = 1 set to 25 (cap at 27)

Important Notes:

  • Warm-ups will only take place before the first round
  • Teams will warm up outside between matches
  • Transitions will be quick to keep the day on schedule
  • Please bring water, gear, and help keep team areas clean

  • Students: Free

  • 11:30 AM vs Sage Creek
  • 1:45 PM vs La Costa Canyon
  • 3:15 PM vs Hoover
  • Final Round (4:40 PM) vs Sage Creek

🐊 Novice Schedule

  • 9:15 AM vs Mission Bay
  • 11:30 AM vs La Costa Canyon
  • 1:45 PM vs Mission Vista
  • 3:15 PM vs Helix
  • Final Round (4:20 PM) vs Mission Vista

🔑 Final Reminders

  • Bring your own volleyballs and equipment
  • No food allowed in the gym
  • Water and sports drinks are allowed
  • Be ready for a fast-paced day with minimal downtime
