A Message from the Coaches:

What a wonderful game against San Dieguito Academy, so proud of the hard work all the girls put in against such a strong team! A shout out to London and Lyric Louis for their great defensive skills!

Thank you so much to everyone that came out to support our pasta fundraiser! It was a great success and the team really appreciates it!

🔄 Game Day Scout Rotation

To maximize development, we will suit up our (16) 1st String and (2) Scout Team players for each game (varies based on 1st String attendance).

  • The Goal: To allow our Scout players to learn the pace of the game alongside our 1st String in a supportive environment.
  • This Week’s Rotation: keep an eye on Band for call-ups

🥍 Technical Corner: Skill of the Week

Focus: Upleveling your game

Everyone – Possession time makes a difference, think about that as you make decisions on the field.

  • Starters: Smart pass or no pass, full stop
  • Scout Team: Get comfortable on the field, that mostly means ball control. Figure it out, if you’re not proficient and/or not asking questions – something is not right.

🎒 Reminders & Action Items

    • Attendance: Please see Attendance Policy published in Band – mandatory
    • Uniforms: All 18 players must wear Red Jerseys for away games
  • Game Day Snacks: Please sign up in the Snacks chat in Band if you’d like to bring light snacks/drinks to the Thursday game at Del Lago

🛑 The “24-Hour Rule” Reminder

A reminder that our coaching staff observes a 24-hour quiet period following every contest. This allows everyone time to reflect on the game before engaging in developmental discussions.
