Hello MTB Families!
Another incredible week of riding is in the books! Our team riders are getting SO strong! Consistency is key! If you keep riding regularly, you WILL get stronger! I am proud of everyone’s efforts!
THANK you to team riders, Aralyn, Walter, and Isaiah, who came out to volunteer with young riders at Saturday’s Ride Krew event!
If your bike needs some repairs, check out Ed’s Bicycle Shop in Vista. He’s a friend of the team! https://www.edsbicycleshopvista.com/

Snakes are out! Warm temperatures are here, and we are seeing more rattlesnakes. Be aware of them while riding and don’t forget they can be tucked in shady spots and out on warm trails in the evening as well. Talk to your coaches if you missed the talk on what to do when encountering a snake on the trail.
