Attached is the tentative schedule for the track season. We have practice at two different locations; both locations are at 4pm M-F. Please look at the calendars below for practice locations and meet and invitational times.

For any additional meet or invitational questions please go to athletic.net  This is where all outr track information is for the season. Please look here before contacting any coach.

Please make sure to read and sign the CAHS student contract. It can be hand delivered or emailed.

For all new and returning track athletes please look over the Coastal Conference Overview attachment, it has almost all the information you will need for the season including CIF qualifying times to uniform requirements.

We are going to have an amazing season.

Anyone wanting to do Elmer Runge Inv. I need your entries by Feb 23 7pm. Correction from previous email: this is a CIF sanctioned meet. If I have not received a email from you by Feb 23 at 7:00 and responded to you are not entered
