Week 21 – Gratitude

The season has come to a close, but what we’ve built together this year will last far beyond the final whistle.

Our Word of the Week is Gratitude.

To the players: thank you for the work you’ve put in, the toughness you’ve shown, and the brotherhood you’ve helped grow. This team has been shaped by your sweat, your effort, and your presence—through early mornings, late nights, long bus rides, and everything in between.

To the families: thank you for your sacrifices—big and small. From rides and meals to cheering in the stands and encouraging from home, your belief in these boys and in this program has never gone unnoticed.

We’re proud of the journey this team has taken. Now, we begin the process of closing this chapter well and preparing for the next one.

A few important notes:

  • We are in the process of planning our Varsity End-of-Season Awards Night for Monday, December 1 at Studio in Caiman Hall, 630-8p. We hope every family can attend as we celebrate the growth, effort, and heart of this team.
    • For JV and Novice, more information on your end-of-season Award Night is forthcoming.
  • If players have not completed their End-of-Season Reflection, now is the time. This is a vital part of finishing strong, learning from the year, and setting a personal direction moving forward. Your responses will be reviewed and incorporated into our Exit-Interview Process as we seek out a time with every player to wrap up the season and develop a personal plan for the off-season.  This is a process that we would like to complete prior to Winter Break.

Let’s finish with gratitude in our hearts and pride in what we built together.

Thank you, Caimans. It’s been an honor.
