XC Weekly News 9/15
Hi!
Woodbridge is finally here! We are leaving via bus from the studio campus at 1:30. Everyone will have dismissal from class at 1:15pm. You NEED to be on time for the bus. We are LEAVING at 1:30 pm! Everything is chipped, so you can jump in any race you’d like. You can run varsity if you wanted instead of freshman, for example. You may get DQ’d if you are a senior that jumps in a freshman race, however. Novice is for all HS grades . Please decide by tomorrow what race heat you’ll be in and figure out who you will warm up with. Reminder to start warming up around 45mins before your race time. Be on the line 15 mins beforehand! They run a tight schedule and will close off late comers even if it’s a few minutes before the race.
We will be back very late. The races are running until past 8pm. We are stopping for food after the race as well, so please bring money for yourself. Tentatively, we may arrive back at the studio campus between 11:30–midnight. I will update via email our final return time at least an hour before. My number is 17607159395 if anyone needs to get ahold of me.
If you are riding up separate or driving back separate, please let me know ASAP. Check out with a coach before you leave.
